SSMC recently secured $50,000 in grant funding through the
Northwest Florida Water Management District for the City of Marianna. The
funding will be used to perform leak detection on the City’s water system. Data
collected from the leak inspection will be entered into a GIS database and will
become the footprint for as-built data of existing and newly constructed water
facilities. SSMC teamed with Alday-Howell Engineering to submit the grant under
their continuing services contract with the City. We are very excited about the
opportunity to work with Alday-Howell and the City of Marianna on this project.
